Working Towards A More Mindful World Together - Educating Mindful Minds started with a passion to help kids to develop mindfulness skills early in life. , to help them understand themselves and others better and to develop ways not just to survive in the modern world, but to thrive in it.
Educating Mindful Minds is all about creating awareness around feelings & emotions, so our youth are better equipped for life.
Our workshops each week will cover a different emotion/feeling, we will help your child recognise & we will show ways to deal with these feelings. So want a way to help your child / teen!!
